Summary
This study looks at whether combining psychotherapy with mind-body practices (like yoga or meditation) helps Veterans with PTSD function better in daily life. About 300 Veterans will be randomly assigned to different types of integrated care for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in mood, PTSD symptoms, and overall functioning at the start, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks.
