Summary
This study tested a new way to manage high blood pressure and heart disease risk in people living with HIV in Botswana. Over 4,600 adults on HIV treatment joined the program, which added blood pressure checks and medication to their regular HIV clinic visits. The goal was to see if this combined approach helps more people get their blood pressure under control.
