New community program aims to control heart and metabolic risks

Summary
This study will test a community-based program that combines exercise training and lifestyle changes to help people with high blood pressure, high blood sugar, or high cholesterol. About 1000 adults will take part to see if the program improves heart and lung function and muscle mass. The goal is to create a model that can be used widely to manage these conditions.
