Not yet recruiting Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Mayo Clinic Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study aims to understand how a lack of insulin affects the body's production of proteins in the blood, which may be linked to long-term complications of Type 1 Diabetes. Researchers will compare people with Type 1 Diabetes and people without diabetes, using advanced lab techniques to measure protein changes. The goal is to gather basic knowledge to inform future research, not to test a new treatment.
