First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if insulin given as a nasal spray reaches the brain and spinal fluid in healthy adults aged 36 to 55. Participants would have received one dose of low-dose insulin, high-dose insulin, or a placebo, then provided fluid samples over 40 minutes. The study was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
