Simple breathing exercises may ease daytime fatigue in sleep apnea patients

Summary
This study tests whether training the muscles used for breathing in (inspiratory muscle training) can reduce daytime sleepiness in adults with obstructive sleep apnea who already use a CPAP machine. About 58 participants will be randomly assigned to add breathing exercises or continue standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, low-risk approach can improve alertness and quality of life.
