Can better doctor training solve your sleep problems?
NCT ID NCT06575998
Summary
This study tests whether training primary care doctors in current insomnia treatment guidelines leads to better sleep for their patients. Researchers will compare sleep symptoms in patients whose doctors received this special training against patients whose doctors provide their usual care. About 315 adults with ongoing insomnia will complete questionnaires, and some may receive a sleep consultation from their doctor.
