Summary

This study looks at two treatments for chronic insomnia: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I) and a low-dose medication called trazodone. Researchers want to see which works better for different types of insomnia and whether improving sleep also helps lower blood pressure. About 600 adults with chronic insomnia will participate.
