Summary
This study compares the effectiveness and safety of common prescription and over-the-counter sleep medications in 1,200 adults with chronic insomnia. Participants will try different medications over several months to see which provides the best relief with the fewest side effects. The goal is to help doctors and patients make more informed choices about treating insomnia.
