Summary

This study looks at whether people with insomnia need more or less anesthesia during a digestive endoscopy compared to people who sleep normally. Researchers will track the total amount of anesthetic used and watch for side effects. About 3,360 adults aged 18–64 will take part. The goal is to help doctors give safer, more personalized anesthesia.
