Summary
This study tests a new drug called INR102, which delivers radiation directly to prostate cancer cells. It is for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The trial will check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and whether it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels.
