Summary
This study tested a program called #Utviklingsklar, which trains coaches and club leaders in injury prevention for youth handball and football players. Nearly 3,000 players from 30 clubs took part over one season. The program includes an online course, a workshop, and a mid-season meeting. Researchers measured injuries weekly to see if the program reduces injury rates compared to usual training.
