Summary

This study tests whether adding a substance made from a patient's own blood (injectable platelet-rich fibrin) to a standard bone graft helps repair bone damage caused by gum disease. Sixteen adults with advanced gum disease and deep bone defects will receive either the combination treatment or the graft alone. The goal is to see if the combination leads to more bone fill and better gum attachment over six months.
