Summary

This study looked at the safety of an inhaled medication called treprostinil for people with both chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). It included 41 adults who had already completed a previous study. The goal was to see if long-term use was safe. The study was terminated early, meaning it stopped before planned completion.
