First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether giving inhaled nitric oxide (a gas) to people having emergency clot removal for a stroke is safe. About 36 adults will receive different doses to find the highest safe amount. The goal is to see if this approach can be used in future studies to improve blood flow and reduce brain damage.
