Summary

This study tests if far-infrared (fIR) therapy is safe and helpful for people with Crohn's disease. Forty adults will receive 10 treatments, give blood and stool samples, and fill out questionnaires. Researchers will compare three different intensities of fIR to a placebo to find the best dose for reducing symptoms.
