First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a standardized program can increase flu vaccination rates for children while they are in the hospital. Researchers will work with parents, doctors, and nurses to create a best-practice guide and test it across multiple US children's hospitals. About 22,000 children aged 6 months and older who are admitted to inpatient units (but not intensive care or cancer units) will take part.
