Can a simple shot help seniors walk faster and think sharper?

NCT ID NCT05727384

Summary

This study is testing if a monthly injection that lowers inflammation can help older adults walk faster, feel less tired, and think more clearly. About 60 adults aged 70 and older with mild mobility issues and higher inflammation levels will receive either the real drug or a placebo for six months. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, strength, fatigue, and memory to see if the treatment helps.
