Doctors launch major study to track Babies' kidney condition
NCT ID NCT07382570
Summary
This study aims to understand how congenital hydronephrosis (swelling in a baby's kidney) naturally changes over the first three years of life. Researchers will follow 330 infants diagnosed before six months old, tracking whether the condition gets better, stays the same, or worsens. The goal is to gather better evidence to help doctors decide when babies need treatment and when they can be safely monitored.
