Could a spoonful of powder cure childhood food allergies?
NCT ID NCT06533462
Summary
This study is testing whether a special powder containing tiny amounts of common food allergens can cure food allergies in very young children. It will involve 80 children, aged 6 months to 3 years, who are allergic to foods like milk, egg, or peanut. Half will receive the active powder, and half will receive a placebo, to see if the treatment safely teaches their bodies to tolerate these foods.
