NCT ID NCT07569250

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026

Summary

This study will create and test a text message program to remind patients at community health centers to complete at-home colorectal cancer screening. Researchers will first talk to patients and staff to design the messages, then test which versions work best. The goal is to increase screening rates and ensure people get follow-up care if needed. About 7,220 adults aged 45-75 will take part.
