Summary

This study looks at whether physical exercise, cognitive training (like brain games), or a combination of both can help older women maintain their thinking skills and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 124 women aged 60 and older. Participants will be assigned to different activity programs, and their memory, attention, and daily function will be tracked over time.
