Summary
This study tests a culturally-tailored program offering long-acting injectable PrEP (lenacapavir) to Latine gay, bisexual men and transgender women. The goal is to see if this community-delivered approach helps more people stay on PrEP compared to standard clinic care. Participants must be HIV-negative, assigned male at birth, and interested in PrEP.
