Liver function tested for new cancer drug

Summary

This study looks at how a single dose of the drug inavolisib is handled by the body in people with moderate or severe liver impairment compared to healthy volunteers. About 32 adults will take one dose and have their blood levels measured. The goal is to understand safety and dosing for future use.
