New combo aims to shrink tumors in hard-to-treat breast cancer

Summary
This study tests two different doses of inavolisib (a targeted drug) plus fulvestrant (hormone therapy) in 80 people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (PIK3CA-mutated, HR+, HER2-). The goal is to see if a lower dose works as well with fewer side effects. Participants must have already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy.
