Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (inavolisib plus other treatments) in 60 people with untreated, early-stage breast cancer that has a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink or eliminate tumors before surgery. Participants will receive the treatment before their planned breast surgery.
