New drug monitored in real patients with advanced breast cancer

Summary
This study is observing how well the drug inavolisib works for people with advanced breast cancer that has a specific genetic mutation and has stopped responding to hormone therapy. Researchers will follow 500 patients in China who are already receiving this treatment as part of their regular medical care. The study aims to understand how long the treatment keeps the cancer from worsening and what side effects patients experience in real-world settings.
