This study looks at what happens to appetite when physically active men aged 40-55 suddenly stop exercising for two weeks. Researchers want to see if inactivity changes how much they eat and what foods they prefer. Participants are randomly assigned to either keep their normal routine or reduce steps to under 1,500 per day with no structured exercise. The goal is to understand how a short period of inactivity might affect hunger and food choices.
