Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-month in-home cycling program, combined with social support and health coaching, could improve daily activities and sleep for people with Parkinson's disease. Fourteen participants used a stationary bike at home and received guidance from a health coach. The goal was to see if this approach helps people stay active and feel better in their everyday lives.
