Summary
This study tested a 6-month in-home cycling program followed by 3 months of health coaching for 14 people with Parkinson's disease. The goal was to see if the program helped them perform daily tasks and improve sleep. Researchers measured changes in how well participants felt they could do chosen activities and their sleep quality.
