Summary
This study looks at how food, gut bacteria, and genetics affect blood sugar spikes in people with type 1 diabetes. About 200 participants will track their meals, provide stool and blood samples, and wear a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to find patterns that could lead to personalized diet advice, but no new treatment or cure is being tested.
