This study tests whether a medication called 5-ALA, already used in brain surgery, can make upper urinary tract tumors glow under blue light during surgery. About 10 adults with known or suspected tumors will take 5-ALA before their procedure. The goal is to see if this technique helps surgeons find and remove more cancer than standard white light alone.
