Researchers seek better ways to hear from young cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT03229837
Summary
This study aimed to test and improve surveys that ask childhood cancer survivors about their health and quality of life. Researchers followed about 300 survivors and their parents for three years, comparing survey answers with results from medical check-ups. The goal was to make these surveys more accurate and useful for doctors to understand survivors' long-term needs.
