Sleep therapy may boost stroke recovery, oxford study finds

Summary

This study tests whether a digital program called Sleepio, which uses cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, can improve sleep in stroke survivors. Researchers will also see if better sleep helps with learning motor skills during rehabilitation. About 100 adults who have had a stroke and are interested in improving their sleep will take part.
