Summary

This study tests whether a collaborative approach between pharmacists and doctors can help people with rheumatoid arthritis take their disease-modifying medications more consistently. Researchers will compare patients who receive this team-based care to those who get usual follow-up. The goal is to see if better medication adherence leads to improved health over 12 months.
