Summary

This study looks at how to improve quality of life and mental health for people with a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) and their family caregivers. Over two months, participants fill out surveys about their well-being and may get handouts or a brief meeting with a psychology provider. The goal is to find simple ways to support both patients and caregivers during the tough transition from hospital to home.
