New program aims to boost strength and memory for seniors after cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a special support program helps older adults feel better physically and mentally after finishing cancer treatment. It compares a comprehensive program of health education, exercise, and geriatric care advice to standard follow-up care. The goal is to see if this approach improves daily function, reduces fatigue, and supports memory for survivors aged 65 and older.
