Summary
This pilot study from Stanford University aims to find out whether receiving brain stimulation (rTMS) in the morning or evening works better for treating insomnia. Ten adults with insomnia will receive ten sessions over two weeks. Researchers will track sleep quality and brain activity to see which timing leads to better sleep.
