Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors tell apart blockages in large arteries from those in tiny blood vessels in people with coronary artery disease. Researchers are testing two new measurements that combine blood flow and pressure readings to get a clearer picture. About 68 adults with chest pain or known heart disease will participate. The goal is to make diagnosis more accurate and guide better treatment.
