Clinic program aims to close critical gap in colon cancer screening
NCT ID NCT06568016
Summary
This study is testing a new clinic-wide program designed to help more patients get a follow-up colonoscopy after receiving an abnormal stool test result. The program involves better care coordination, patient education, and communication between doctors. Researchers will compare this new approach to usual care across 6 clinics to see if it increases the number of people who complete this important next step in cancer screening.
