Summary
This study tests whether adding omega-3s and choline to a food supplement for undernourished pregnant women in Sierra Leone can lengthen pregnancy and improve their baby's thinking skills at 9 months old. It also tests a counseling program to reduce depression during and after pregnancy. About 1,660 women are taking part.
