First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether eating all meals earlier in the day and getting light therapy at specific times can improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to help manage diabetes and improve overall health.
