Summary

This study tests whether gentle electrical stimulation of the spinal cord can help improve bladder function in men with spinal cord injury. The goal is to increase urine flow and volume, making catheterization easier. The trial involves 24 men who have been injured for at least a year and will attend twice-weekly sessions for six months.
