Summary
This study is testing a new set of tools and processes designed to help primary care doctors more accurately and quickly diagnose the causes of abnormal blood test results, specifically low hemoglobin (anemia) and low kidney function. The research involves 450 patients and their doctors across 13 clinics, measuring whether these tools improve correct diagnosis rates and reduce delays. The goal is to make routine diagnostic processes safer and more efficient for common conditions.
