Summary
This study looks at whether the drug Bulevirtide can reduce high blood pressure in the liver (portal hypertension) in people with hepatitis B and D who also have liver cirrhosis. High liver pressure can lead to serious problems, and this treatment aims to control it by suppressing the virus. The study involves 11 adults and measures pressure changes and quality of life over time.
