Summary

This study tests a program designed to help people with early-stage breast cancer take their hormone therapy and heart medications as prescribed. Researchers will enroll 350 adults who have trouble sticking to their medication routine. The program includes support and reminders, and the team will check if it improves adherence after 24 weeks using pharmacy records and patient reports.
