Summary

This phase II trial tests whether combining two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) with a radiation procedure called Y-90 SIRT can shrink liver tumors in people with intermediate-stage liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 55 participants will receive the combination therapy. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear within 6 months.
