Radiation boost tested to help immune system fight advanced head and neck cancer

Summary
This study is for adults whose head and neck cancer has spread to a few other places in the body. It tests if adding a targeted course of radiation therapy to standard immunotherapy helps patients live longer than immunotherapy alone. About 290 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination treatment or just the immunotherapy.
