Summary
This study tested a personalized immunotherapy for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Doctors took patients' own immune cells, trained them to recognize the tumor, and injected them back to help the body fight the cancer. The goal was to see if this treatment was safe and could extend the time before the cancer worsened.
