New immune therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat testicular and ovarian cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, can help control germ cell tumors that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial is enrolling 30 adults whose cancers have progressed after at least one prior therapy. Researchers will measure whether the treatment shrinks tumors or slows their growth.
